friday

awkward silence filled the work kitchen

as i filled my water bottle silded along a co-worker

just silently washing her dishes,

my response

"T-G-I-F"

she stuttered a laugh

"Yeah, TGIF" I replied, 

paused and a

"welp, have a good weekend"

It's only 11:16am

walked away laughing,

mortified

today's work space

some days i just need to work from home
...
with Glen Hansard, horse feathers, john ridder,
sufjan &jon foreman's EP in the backround [i cant get enough]
a cup of hot coffee

and mulling spices on the stove
this is my ideal work environment today
now, to focus on developing an internship programme...
